Every bespoke piece begins with a conversation, not a catalogue. In our Warwick showroom, David and the team will listen to your ideas, talk through metals, stones and budget, and help shape a genuinely personal brief – over a glass of fizz in our champagne lounge if you'd like.
Stage Two
DESIGN
From that first conversation, your ideas take shape – a sketch, a setting, a stone selection refined until it's genuinely yours. Whether it's a new commission or an heirloom remodelled into something new, nothing moves to the bench until you're happy with the design.
Stage Three
CRAFTSMANSHIP
Your design is handcrafted in our own Warwick workshop by our in-house master goldsmith, with over 20 years' experience setting fine gold, platinum, diamonds and gemstones. Every piece is made by hand, not mass-produced – the same craft that's rooted our family in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter for four generations.
Stage Four
FINISHED PIECE
The result is a piece that exists nowhere else – made for you, by hand, in Warwick. Collect it in person at our showroom, or we'll send it fully insured. Either way, it's genuinely one of a kind.
